Returns

We do not allow returns for change of mind or for placing an incorrect order. Please double-check your cart before making payment at the checkout stage. If your order is damaged, please see the refunds and replacement information below. 

Refunds and replacements for damaged orders 

We offer refunds or replacements if you receive your items in a damaged state. Please email our team at hello@anihanalife.com along with a short description of the problem along with a photo of the damage. Our team will happily review this evidence and get the problem sorted. If the correct evidence and description are provided, we may be able to offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. 

If you are offered a refund, it will take approximately 5 business days to be processed.  

If you are offered a replacement, our team will dispatch your order within 4 business days. The standard delivery timeframes are available here
