Free shipping on all orders over $49 in NZ and $100 in AU

Shipping Policy

Aotearoa New Zealand:

Free delivery on orders over $49. Orders under $49 will have a $5 shipping fee for urban or $8 for rural applied at checkout.


Australia:

Free delivery to Australia on orders over $100. For orders under $100, freight will be calculated based on weight at the checkout.


International:

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Freight will be calculated based on weight at the checkout.

Please note, international orders may be subject to additional import fees payable upon arrival in your country. Anihana is not responsible for covering these costs, please refer to your local governments policy for international online purchases. 


Shipping Timeframes:

Orders received by 12pm NZST, Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders received after 12pm, Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

On occasion a product or gift set needs to be created, this may take up to 4 business days.

 

Estimated International Delivery Times: 

Aotearoa via NZ Post: 1 - 4 business days (Rural locations please add 3 working days)

Australia via DHL: 3 - 6 business days

Rest of World via DHL: 5 - 10 business days

Most international orders will arrive 3 - 10 business days after dispatch, but on occasion may take up to 30 days.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not include any delays that may be caused by customs in your country. Anihana is not responsible for any customs charges payable in your specific country. Please ensure you understand the customs import rules and taxes payable in your country.


Other Shipping Info:

Anihana does not ship on weekend days, so if your order is placed after 5pm on Thursday, it may not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that during sale periods, public holidays and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

Please note that if your parcel is refused delivery or returned to sender we are not able to refund you, but we will happily issue you a credit or gift voucher, or resend your order.

Christmas Period:

All orders need to be placed by 12pm Friday 15 December to arrive by Christmas. Any orders placed from the 16 December are not guaranteed to arrive in time. 

Our team will be working intermittently from 25 December – 3 January. There may be delays in dispatching orders during this period.
